JDM 320i worth buying?

Post by HB20 »

Hi, I was recently looking at an ad for a 91 320i that has been recently been imported. Like all JDM cars it has extremely low km and a good price which is why im interested.

What I'm want to know is the main differences between a domestic made e36 and a JDM, and if there are any problems which are assoiciated with a jdm e36.

thanks for the input

The main difference between cars built in the USA and those imported from other countries is that they are not restricted as much as the USA versions. The restrictions in USA hold horsepower back through the exhaust, etc.

It sounds like it'd be a good buy, depending on the asking price.

Sounds a little too expensive to me. That's $6,339.1438 USD. Do you know the mileage on it? I figure the price should be closer to $2,500 USD..or tops of around..$3-4,000 USD. You should check it on http://www.kellybluebook.com/
