BMW North America has unveiled today the Vision EfficientDynamics Concept at the L.A. Auto Show. Yesterday, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger had a chance to sit behind the wheel of BMW’s futuristic hybrid concept car.
Today, in presence of a large audience, BMW showcased what could be one of the most exciting BMW models ever designed….if it makes into production. There are no official indication on whether the Concept will become a production car or remain simply in concept form, but we learned that the technology powering the car is indeed available and could be deployed if needed.
As far as the Vision Concept design, several modifications would need to be made in order to pass all the strict safety regulations, but we’ll learn more about BMW’s plans next year.
