Why exactly is the dealer blaming you? I would argue that it was covered to 30,000 miles and you've only used 6,000 of those thus far so it's technically still their deal to fix it. 8k sounds like too much to repair or replace a turbo to me, but I'm no expert on this.

If they are just trying to avoid fixing it, then I would push it as long as it takes. If they have no proof to their claim that it's due to the way that you drove it then worst case scenario would be to contact a lawyer. They are legally obligated to service your vehicle up to 30,000 miles or 3 years (what ever comes first) if those are the terms that you purchased the car under.
