2006 July 11 - Visual Upgrades and New Downloads Menu System

Some of the graphics on the site have been upgraded for cosmestic purposes.

The Downloads section got a face lift and a new setup. Frames are no longer used, thus eliminating unpredictable rendering between browsers. A new Downloads menu was developed that makes navigation much easier and gives a more professional appearance.

All Download pages are restricted to site members only.

Also, much debugging has been done to further my quest to match the w3c standards at http://www.w3.org/. Most pages went from 60-80 errors to 3-4. I am still in the process of meeting these standards, but I'm much closer now, lol.
