Door lock and truck lock help?

Door lock and truck lock help?
ok i have a 1994 325is. i can only lock and unlock the car from the driver door with a key. The trunk is like always lock. i unlock the car and the doors unlock. i can hear the trunk unlock but then it lock again. how can i keep it unlock when i unlock the car?
