im money crunched and can't afford a good paint job. But i would love one and wanted to know if its hard to do yourself and if not do you know how to do it. Thanks

Painting your own vehicle is a lot of work. You have to sand everything down very carefully making sure not to get any flat spots on the body, then touching up any places with bondo or something similar takes time. You have to have a log of patients. I've not painted my car myself, but I have painted some on other cars and it is a very long/slow process. When you get to actually spraying the paint on you have to be very careful not to get it too thick or it will run, causing a very ugly appearance in the end. On top of that you need to tape up all the windows and inside of the car so you can paint up to the windows and in the door jams. I suggest having someone else paint it for you and you will be much more pleased in the end.

thanks yeah.... i think im just gonna save the money and have earl sheib's do it... There cheap and do a great job! Thanks for the help!!
