Sunroof not closing

G'day......
I have 1994 e36 320i sedan with a sunroof that works fine except......!!!!!!!
The car has keyless entry which when the remote pad is pushed to lock the car all the windows close and doors lock ...no problems
and the sunroof will close from an opening position then the rear will lift ...
